Ice Cap Zone

Sorry,I was lazy. = n = No shading for the characters. But I'm proud of the background. 

I had the black lines on one layer and after I shaded and blurred the colors over one another.

I just got rid of the black lines and voila. ; W; OMG SO INTENSE.
